Ten years have passed. Let’s take a look at three auto giants. They clearly draw self-portraits in accordance with their own strategic paths, and build up their own image with their culture in the minds of people all over the world. Interestingly, their performance in the market is not only on the whole product, but culture and philosophy. From polls, it is shown that Volkswagen has left a good reputation among consumers, and also market proves its strength and power in technology. Every business has its own culture. In my opinion, culture is the lifeblood of every business, and will be eventually reflected in products and ideas. In a long time, it will have its own style, and change into a cultural memory. Among the multiple automotive styles, however, Toyota leaves a common-people image. This brand has nothing to do with luxury products, but is thought highly by people. Just as its slogan says, where there is a way, there is a Toyota. In Japan, people still see Toyota as "peasants". However, Toyota is a card representing Japan. Why do people still like Toyota? The key is that the grass-root culture of Toyota is of affinity, because it tries to express happiness and satisfaction of popularization with steadfast spirit. Thus, in our life, to choose a car is to choose a culture. Some people say this is a "lifestyle choice", and other say his is an expression of attitude towards life. All these are very real in the automobile market.

As the depreciation of the dollar, the U.S. cars have become very cheap and cheap for exporting to China. We have to use anti-dumping procedures to prevent the "low prices" of United States car, although we know that Americans will not do a losing trade. While the appreciation of the euro makes European automobile production become very expensive, parts are expensive, the appreciation of the RMB is expected to continue, which will make China the relative prices of "overseas" to become "more expensive", but also make some of our people more psychological imbalance.

China's major automotive group have an average profit margin of about 8%, far higher than the world average of 3-5%, indicating that prices still have the space of reducing. However, artificially high price has no direct relationship with "exchange market for technology". It mainly due to soaring demand in recent years and lack of supply, not mature consumers, lack of cost models which can determine the ability to make the right choice.

Why we have to spend more than double the price compare with consumers in developed countries to buy a car? Ten years ago, this topic has deeply hurt many people's hearts. Today, the question becomes, "Chinese consumers are still using 50% higher than overseas prices to buy international brand cars”.

Queen auto mall is a New York second-hand car dealers located in the United States. It is characterized by low prices and very attractive discount. The price of their car based on the offer on the Internet. It has very rich models which can give consumers a great selection of auto types. Because of those aspects, many users appreciate with this vendor and user friendliness very much.

But in fact, it is not a very good reputation vendor. According to the narrative point of view of many buyers, firstly its attitude is not good. For instance, some consumers buy a used car and found the car needs a lot of maintenance and repair measures and then they contact the management. But they did not receive the response from them two weeks later. Also in the repairing process, they do not provide consumers with an alternative car, which makes the vast majority of consumers not satisfied.

Secondly, this vendor seems to not allow users to buy a certain car before the test. So consumers can only listen to the words of the salesmen and cannot be objectively known of the quality of the car.
